If you want to overcome OCD quickly and get your life back, you have to do things differently.

The traditional model of how OCD therapy is conducted isn’t fast or efficient. Here’s how it typically works.

Schedule an intake appointment with a therapist for weeks (sometimes months) out.

The first appointment is spent talking through everything you’re struggling with.

You schedule another appointment weeks (if not months) out to get started. You receive minimal support in-between sessions. It takes forever to start to make progress and all the while you’re still suffering with intrusive thoughts and anxiety.

My OCD Mastery VIP coaching program is your personalized 1:1 journey crafted specifically for navigating OCD. It’s a comprehensive approach designed to teach you effective strategies and tools tailored to your unique challenges, strengths, and goals. Here’s how it works:

Step #1: Fill out our application

The first step is to fill out our application form. This allows us to understand your unique challenges with OCD and your goals for recovery. Our goal is to tailor our coaching program to meet your specific needs, providing you with personalized guidance and support.

Step #2: A free 30 minute clarity call

The second step is to schedule a free Clarity Call with me. Most people I speak to are deciding between managing their OCD on their own or investing in a coaching program like mine. The goal of our call is to help you gain clarity on which path is right for you.

During the call, we’ll delve into your experiences with OCD, your recovery goals, and the challenges you’re currently facing. Our aim is to guide you in understanding how our program can best support your journey to reclaiming control over OCD. We’ll introduce you to our structured approach designed to empower you and address all your questions about overcoming OCD.

Step #3: Crafting your personalized recovery plan

Our clients achieve the best outcomes when we tailor our approach to their unique strengths, preferences, and comfort levels. Upon joining, you’ll complete our specialized OCD Mastery Assessment, helping us understand you deeply and identify where you excel. From there, we design a personalized 90 day OCD recovery roadmap that aligns perfectly with your individual strengths and personality.

Struggling with a particular subtype of thoughts? We’ll navigate that together. Prefer taking supplements over medication? We’ll adjust our strategies accordingly.
