My three-layered approach to master living with OCD is built upon many years of therapy and self-directed learning. I want to teach it to you to save you time and help you get your life back as quickly as possible. And you’ll never have to do it alone.
From my perspective, OCD recovery involves a three layers. The first is all about learning how to address, neutralize and make peace with what I call our “surface level” intrusive thoughts. You will work through modules that help teach you the simple process of scripting without compulsing.
The second layer of recovery from OCD requires us to dig a little bit deeper to discover and then understand what I call our “Core Fear”. Once we’ve identified our core fear, we then systematically begin to neutralize it and create acceptance so it no longer runs our life.
The third layer of recovery from OCD calls us to design a lifestyle and mindsets that are conducive to long-term recovery.

The most helpful part of the course for me was learning about micro exposures and the way you compared ocd to a junk content creator. I had not heard micro exposures before but it really makes sense since ocd can start feeding you thoughts no matter what you are doing and where you are where a traditional exposure is not realistic in that moment.

I listened to the last section of the master class and you talked about an incident where you were having intrusive thoughts, and you just stopped for 20 minutes and scripted, today I ran into a compulsion, and today after it I remembered that and started scripting. Great question :) Here are my thoughts. First, if you’re interested in pursuing therapy with a therapist that specializes in OCD, you absolutely should. You can learn more about ERP here.
Second, this course is unique because it’s been carefully designed and crafted by someone (me) who’s been in your shoes. I literally know what it’s like to struggle with intrusive thoughts, feel fear and anxiety constantly and not know what to do to turn your brain off. I’ve been there and I can teach you what’s worked to set me free.
Third, this course was reviewed and stamped with approval by a licensed therapist that specializes in OCD. She has reviewed every piece of content inside of this training and believes fully-heartedly that it can help you on your path to recovery.
This course will not cure your OCD. Nor do I believe with the current technology and medicine that that is possible (maybe one day).
