Hi I’m Zach. I live with OCD and I want you to know you’re not alone.

In 2016 my world was turned upside down when I started to experience intrusive thoughts, anxiety and depression. It felt like I had lost control of my mind. Even worse, I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to for help.

Thankfully, over the course of many years, I developed a unique, but simple formula for reclaiming my life from OCD, which has given me freedom from intrusive thoughts and anxiety.
