Hi I’m Zach.
I live with OCD and I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been in the trenches, fought the war and learned to love my brain, rather than escape it. I know what almost killed me can help you live courageously.Let's Talk
I can help you fall in love with your brain all over again. We can do this together.
Learn the mindsets
Half the battle is understanding how OCD tries to trip us up and learning the mentalities we need to beat it.
OCD fills us with intrusive thoughts, doubt and fear that clouds our sense of reality, but we can discover the possibility in clarity.
Take back your life
Living with OCD is not a life sentence, it’s an invitation to become the next best version of yourself.
In late 2016, I was diagnosed with a chronic brain disorder known as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) where the core symptoms were severe anxiety, deep depression and thoughts of suicide.
By utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) talk therapy, meditation, persistence, and making lifestyle changes I was eventually able to get my symptoms to a manageable place.
Through my journey of recovery I promised myself that if and when I got better, I would never let anyone else suffer in silence. My recovery was not easy or short. It took a lot of effort to relearn my brain, but years later, I am so thankful that I took the necessary step of seeking professional help. It has made all the difference in my life.
I recovered so I could prove to others that they could too. Now, my goal is to get in front of as many people as possible to let them know they are not alone and that hope for recovery from OCD is possible. This is what it means to live courageously.
